Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $141,000 a year
Job Description
• Onboarding - Work with new Orum customers to provide onboarding, integration help, education, and documentation • Success Outcomes and Risk Management - Drive adoption of Orum's product features to maximize the value provided • Documentation - Produce internal best practices and customer user stories
Qualifications
• Must be based in the USA • 6+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS • 2+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts • Comfortable working with VPs and other senior business leaders • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time • Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and can thrive in start-up environments • Familiar with Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, and related sales tech • BA/BS or Equivalent Experience
