Product Analyst, Supply Chain & Logistics

Job Description

• Perform in-depth analysis on pharmacy, patient-facing, and provider-facing products • Design & build data models for data-driven decision-making • Support product roadmap by quantifying impact through experimentation • Implement and launch dashboards using SQL • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact • Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency • Contribute to defining team and company data culture

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in analytics engineering or a technical role with a heavy focus on SQL for data analysis, ETL design, and providing actionable insights, particularly in operational and supply chain contexts • Demonstrate a strong alignment with Alto's mission and values • Proven expertise in SQL-based data manipulation, with extensive experience in scripting, extracting large datasets, and designing complex ETL workflows • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business, product, engineering, research, and design teams • Advanced proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools • Passion for addressing real user problems through data-driven solutions • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
