Vice President, North American Fulfillment

Job Description

• The role will be accountable for FMIC’s North America (US, CA, MX, LATAM) distribution fulfillment network • Immediate goals will be 3PL collaboration, contract management, network strategy, and business collaboration • Driving efficiency, cost mitigation, and flawless change management • Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budget adherence, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management and distribution, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
