Senior User Researcher

Job Description

• Help define and shape the research function at Webflow • Plan and execute inclusive, strategic, and valuable user research • Synthesize findings and use compelling narratives to communicate insights • Influence and support the formation of technical product roadmaps • Evolve and elevate user research capabilities for Engineering, Product, and Design teams

Qualifications

• Experience building products in the B2B SaaS space • A proven track record of leading research and collaborating with other teams • Experience with lean research integrated with product teams • Exceptional ability at empathically listening • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods • Knowledge of accessibility and principles of effective design • Experience advocating for, implementing, and interpreting analytics • Facilitation experience to drive consensus and buy-in • Mentored other researchers and product designers
