Customer Support Specialist
Job Location: Albany, New York
Job Description
• Provide tier 2 support for application issues • Assist with identification of root causes and provide possible solutions • Engage cross-functionally to contribute to development prioritizations, proposals, SOWs and client implementations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science • 4+ years SQL experience • Technical Customer Support or Client Support experience • Solid data management experience using Excel, Access MS SQL Server • Excellent organizational skills
