Head of Electrical Engineering

Job Description

• Harbinger Motors seeks a visionary and experienced executive in Electrical Engineering to push electrical systems to the next generation • Critical role requiring a highly motivated individual with extensive automotive industry experience, passion for electrical design and development, and ability to build high-performing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in electrical engineering or a related field • 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on electric vehicles • Proven track record of leading and managing complex electrical engineering projects from concept to production • Deep understanding of vehicle electrical systems, power distribution, communication networks and wiring harnesses including logical/physical schematics, netlists, 3D routing and installation • Expertise in applicable standards, and testing procedures • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Hands-on experience with wiring routing, drafting, and build • Experience with CATIA V6/3Dexperience
