Electrical Design Release Engineer, Vehicle Electrical Systems

Job Description

• Take ownership of the electrical design release process for low and high voltage components • Manage DVPs and release process for electrical devices • Establish and manage relationships with suppliers • Support electrical integration, bench testing, and software requirements • Work with domain experts and supply chain team for cost-saving opportunities and market trends

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree • Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering in the automotive field or similar • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to requirements and testing of electrical components • Experience with software and digital communication specifications and requirements is a plus • Experience with hands-on device testing is a plus • Experience with high voltage devices is a plus • Experience with Catia for PLM is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a dynamic team environment
