Director of US Marketing

Job Description

• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. • Create a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all channels and touch points in the US • Design and manage the annual marketing calendar, marketing budget, promotions, and loyalty programs. • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for consumer and retail experiences. • Foster a positive team culture characterized by energy, hard work, honesty, and low ego. • Launch multiple product-focused seasonal marketing campaigns annually, leveraging all marketing channels to effectively drive revenue in our stores. • Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. • Analyze customer behavior and preferences in retail environments. • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and influencer partnerships. • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand and product marketing, particularly in the food and beverage industry. • Strong understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior. • Experience with digital marketing and growth marketing strategies. • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive marketing initiatives in a retail environment. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities. • Passion for creating meaningful connections and enriching daily rituals for consumers.
