Director of Demand Generation
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Develop and lead the demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue. • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, SEM, webinars, and events. • Collaborate directly with sales leadership and AEs to understand their view of the field, accelerate the sales cycle, identify upsell opportunities, and design more effective and creative ways to reach out customers. • Work cross functionally with Hakkoda team members across the organization to bring SMEs into the demand generation process and optimize pipeline generation • Utilize marketing automation tools including Hubspot CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel with the assistance of the Marketing Operations Coordinator • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, building readouts for the Head of Marketing and other senior leadership. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Manage and optimize the demand generation budget to maximize ROI • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 individuals to facilitate demand generation campaigns. • Stay updated with the latest demand generation trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. • Manage and scale an MDR motion to facilitate warm lead conversion. • Leverage channel marketing and work directly with key partners to create co-campaigns and marketing activities that generate pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position • Proficiency in marketing automation tools including Hubspot CRM • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn, collaborate, and work with team members across the organization
