Recruiter (Contract)

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both non-technical and technical roles, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. • Source, attract, and hire candidates for technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers, utilizing various sourcing methods. • Recruit for non-technical positions across various departments such as Finance, Media, Content, Sales, and Operations, developing creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback and conducting thorough candidate assessments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends, and collaborating with HR and other internal teams to streamline the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical recruiting. • Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles. • Strong understanding of technical recruiting concepts and fundamentals, including sourcing strategies, coding languages, software development lifecycle, and emerging technology trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Team player with a collaborative approach to work. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (Lever experience is highly preferred) • High level of integrity and confidentiality. • Proactive and results oriented. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
