Senior Director, Global Payroll
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• As the Global Payroll Leader, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll operations across multiple countries and regions • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for the global workforce • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Extensive experience managing payroll operations and rationalizing and optimizing tools and processes • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and support team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in global payroll management, preferably in a multinational organization • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple countries and regions • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders • Proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and managing payroll projects from inception to completion • Travel required as needed.
