Lead Systems Engineer - Engineering Tools
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead a small team of system engineers responsible for managing engineering tools, ensuring system health and functionality • Oversee the configuration and change management processes within the tools • Drive customizations and integrations of engineering tools into the ERP system • Work with users to understand their needs and challenges, resolving issues to optimize user experience • Partner with stakeholders to develop a vision for the tools and space • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical field • Demonstrated people management experience • Proven experience in system health management, configuration, and change management processes • Strategic mindset
