Job Description
• Serve as initial contact for technical issues and questions • Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals • Upgrade and repair hardware • Test equipment before returning to users • Educate users on IT security best practices
Qualifications
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's or Associates in relevant field preferred • 5+ years of relevant experience • English proficiency
