Senior Embedded Software Engineer, AUTOSAR

Job Description

• Ownership of embedded software features end-to-end from concept through delivery • Implement device drivers and bring-up new hardware for the first time, including BSW configuration • Deliver embedded software components that run on multiple platforms • Establish best practices for safety critical software development (Senior-level) • Mentor junior engineers and help set the direction of the program through deep technical analysis (Senior-level)

Qualifications

• Passion for Embedded Software Development in C and/or C++ • Experience with AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive • One or more of the following • Experience with CAN-FD and/or Automotive Ethernet; UDS, DOIP, Some/IP, or ProtoBuf • Experience with ISO26262 & ASPICE or similar standards for safety critical applications • Experience with QOS or other RTOS • Experience with Bazel, Python, Linux, and Docker • Experience with Autosar configuration/authoring Tools • Flexibility to work across all layers of the stack from Device Drivers to software components • Strong communication skills to collaborate across the V-model • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or PhD)
