Machine Learning Customer Engineer
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year
Job Description
• Partner with Snorkel Flow users to design, build, troubleshoot, and deploy AI applications • Lead resolution of technical issues • Perform live working sessions to address customer reported issues • Contribute to internal and external guides and docs • Drive improvements in issue triage and analysis
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience working in a technical customer-facing role • B.S. degree in a quantitative field • Proficiency in Python for Data Science, Machine Learning, or distributed systems • Outstanding organizational skills • Experience with support software like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
