Machine Learning Customer Engineer
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year
Job Description
• Partner with Snorkel Flow users to design, build, troubleshoot and deploy AI applications • Lead resolution of technical issues and provide prompt resolution • Educate customers on machine learning concepts and propose solutions • Become an expert in the Snorkel Flow platform • Drive improvements in issue triage and reporting
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience working in a technical customer-facing role • B.S. degree in a quantitative field • Previous experience working on machine learning projects • Proficiency in writing Python for Data Science or Machine Learning • Outstanding organizational skills • Experience with common support software like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
