Job Location: California
Salary: $196,000 - $314,000 a year
Job Description
• Develop effective legal strategies • Draft and maintain various corporate and commercial agreements • Anticipate and analyze legal issues and propose solutions • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders • Negotiate agreements with outside parties
Qualifications
• Juris Doctorate/United States law degree and current bar admission in California • 10+ years of combined experience in law firms and in-house legal departments • In-depth expertise in commercial law • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 15% of working time
