Salesforce Business Specialist

Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and configuration, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations. • Minimum of 2 years of business application implementation experience (Hands-on) • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred. • Experience in implementing and customizing CPQ - Must • Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed. • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
