Strategic Partner Manager

Job Description

• Drive and coordinate cross-functional implementation process • Work directly with clients to ensure implementation and launch is on track • Focus on new client implementations in the Partnerships market • Prepare and lead cross-functional internal implementation meetings • Perform account setups and system tests before launches

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience • 3-5 years of client-facing experience with enterprise-size organizations • Cross-functional project management experience • Confident, self-starter • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high growth environment • Interest in the logistics space and adjacent markets • Analytical and data-driven
