HR Technology Lead
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $102,000 - $176,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday HCM modules • Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, and configuration • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for system improvements • Partner with HRIS for testing and reviewing system integrations
Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of Workday HCM Configuration experience • Experience with HCM transformation and change management • HR Technology experience (specifically with Fuse, Lattice, Talent Comp, and ADP) • Strong experience with Workday Reporting and Dashboards • Experience with LMS, performance management, and knowledge management systems • Familiar with Workday integrations and custom integrations • Strong testing and release management experience • Strong attention to detail, project management, and communication skills • Strong collaboration and influencing skills • Demonstrated track record of success managing complex projects within HR technology & operations
