Senior Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager to play a key role in growing and scaling our Intelligent Prior Auth (“IPA”) business. • Develop executive-level business cases for strategic partnerships and new product expansions. • Actively identify and act on opportunities to improve Cohere’s go-to-market strategy and operational metrics • Create ad-hoc analyses and deliverables to inform the product roadmap, investments, and support the executive team in key strategic business decisions • Collaborate with, delegate to, and provide guidance to analysts on problem structuring, analysis, insight generation, and strategic takeaway/recommendation pull-through, deliverable development, and communication.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting firm, startup, or similar business environment • Experience working in the Healthcare domain required. • Results-oriented and independent thinker who applies resourcefulness to solve problems • Strong analytical skillset and eager to "get into the numbers" to drive business decisions • Comfortable being uncomfortable in unfamiliar, ambiguous, and ever-changing situations • Remote; occasional travel. • Lifelong learner and thought leader, constantly coming up with new ideas on how to improve the status quo.
