Software Engineer for Manufacturing Test - Contractor

Job Description

• Work cross functionally with the Aescape SWE and HW teams to test software tests and scripts. • Help develop some of the testing and scripting done at the manufacturing site. • Validate system subcomponents in the factory and report on quality and or failed testing. • Follow and validate defined SOPs for Manufacturing provisioning and testing.

Qualifications

• A meticulous, proactive engineer with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. • Preferably working with manufacturing test or NPI. • 2 or more years as a SWE, preferable in test engineering or manufacturing test. • 2- 5 years experience in Python scripting and development. • Comfortable and capable with scripting in Linux and working in a Linux Environment. • Installing device drivers. • Experience with networking setup and issue triage. • Willing to travel, ~ 40%. • Experience with linux shell scripting. • Experience with MySQL.
