Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Drive process change and product adoption through change management, executive level relationships, project management, and training enablement • Monitor customer health and take data-driven actions to influence behavior • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate value • Own customer retention and partner with Account Managers on upsells • Advocate for customer needs and educate on adopting new features • Collaborate internally and externally to solve customer pain points • Provide key contributions to help grow and scale Customer Success organization
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experiencing owning clients in a CSM capacity for a SaaS solution, with proof of value add • Ability to drive process change and product adoption through various strategies • Data-driven and process-oriented individual with a proven track record • Confident in working in a fast-moving startup environment
