Regional VP, Business Development

Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to launch and grow the new Precision Pathway product line • Introduce, cultivate, and build relationships with key decision-makers across medical groups • Identify, negotiate, and close complex, multi-million-dollar deals • Work with CRM and analytics tools for lead management and reporting • Build support for strategic partnerships within health systems and medical groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in enterprise healthcare sales • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling sales initiatives from the ground up • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Background in healthcare strategic challenges • Ability to travel (up to 50%) • Experience in genomics, genomics technology, and/or population health
