Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will help maintain financial records and ensure timely general ledger postings of all revenue and expense items. This role must be familiar with all accounting procedures and able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end. The ideal candidates ensures accuracy and efficiency throughout our entire disbursement process including processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Assists in analyzing current costs, revenues, and expenses as directed. Prepare financial reports for various teams throughout the company and support cash flow management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years experience in the Finance or Accounting fields • Proven work experience in an accounting function. • Hands-on experience with accounting software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational abilities to prioritize and coordinate tasks. • Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel. • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports. • Multitasking ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks throughout the day. • Ability to accurately process numerical data with great attention to detail. • Confidentiality and trustworthiness.
