Job Description

• Deliver and support technology solutions securely connecting people, places, and information • Work alongside highly skilled professionals • Empower businesses to embrace the future workplace • Address and resolve SRQs and Incidents within stipulated SLA timelines

Qualifications

• Three to four (3-4) years’ experience providing IT Infrastructure field support • Good Customer management skill • Good oral and written communication • Able to interact with customers at different levels • Result-oriented and passionate about the work • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time • Hands-on experience in installing & troubleshooting hardware issues for Laptop, Desktop, Printers, and accessories • Skilled in desk-side support for Installing & troubleshooting Operating Systems • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools
