Marketing Manager (Remote- US Based)

Job Description

• Responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and optimizing those leads to close into customers • Conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders across the company

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing or a related field • 5+ years of successful B2B lead generation experience with track record of being accountable to lead generation goals • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. • Strong demonstration of a "test, measure, learn" mentality • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies. • Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Facebook ads, etc.) • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills • Ability to strategize and present opportunities • Eagerness to drive growth • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
