Job Description
• We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources (HR) team to continue building and creating an engaging environment where employees thrive, collaboration prevails, and performance excels, making Spotter the best place to work • Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior HRBP will work cross-functionally to develop, execute and manage various HR frameworks and programs focused on performance management, learning & development, employee onboarding/engagement along with various other human resources programs and initiatives • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the overall success of the organization • As a Senior HBRP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness • To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work • Position is based in Culver City
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business, etc.) preferred • 8+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner with an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions that drive engagement and performance • SHRM, PHR or SPHR Certified is a plus • Experience building and executing HR programs (i.e. feedback, performance management, culture surveys) • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company preferred • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to frequent change with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of taking initiative with excellent project management skills • An effective communicator and natural relationship-builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities • Able to easily build credibility with senior leaders • Operates at the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and personal integrity • A self-motivated team player who works cross-functionally, acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment • Detailed, organized and communicative and thrives in a multi-tasking, hands-on collaborative environment • Task and goal-oriented, capable of functioning in a corporate setting
