Quantitative Analyst - Sector Analystics

Job Description

• Collaborate with portfolio teams for cash flows and return analytics • Analyze, value, and provide independent assessment on complex transactions • Perform independent research and analyze portfolio characteristics • Contribute to development and testing of waterfall modeling engines • Build investment-oriented applications to improve investment management efficiency

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Economics, Computer Science, or similar • Deep familiarity with quantitative concepts in fixed-income • Knowledge of option pricing is a plus • Understanding of mathematical concepts like optimization • Good training and experience in Python and Python data analysis packages (e.g. pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodel) • Understanding of databases and complex query handling • Experience with Tableau is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Ability to proactively address live investment challenges
