Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year
Job Description
• Align business objectives with employees and management • Act as an employee advocate and change agent • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field • Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus • PHR or SPHR preferred
