Customer Success Advisor, LATAM

Job Description

• Customer Success Advisor (CSA) role reporting to the Director of Customer Success • Develop strategies to help customers onboard, adopt, and utilize Illumio's products • Monitor and ensure customer adoption and successful utilization of products • Forecast renewals and manage renewal processes • Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to realize expansion sales potential • Establish 'trusted advisor' relationships with executive stakeholders and technical teams • Document and drive 'definition of success' with customers through quarterly Executive Business Reviews • Build strategic roadmaps for customers to meet desired outcomes • Monitor Adoption Health across all accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or related, customer-facing role covering LATAM • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish • Experience in Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible
