Job Description

• Lead collaboration with Waymo ML scientists • Lead and mentor junior engineers • Deep dive into the ML software stack • Collaborate on foundation models with external partners

Qualifications

• M.S. in CS, EE, Deep Learning or related field • 2+ years of technical lead experience • 3+ years of model optimization or deep learning techniques • Strong Python or C++ skills • Thorough understanding of ML system challenges • Experience with designing, training, and debugging deep learning models
