Job Description
• Manage engineering teams to scale existing offerings • Work closely with product and design counterparts • Play a critical role in managing people, processes, and technologies • Innovate on new ways to bring value to clients
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and scaling engineering teams • Well versed in Javascript, Postgres, React and AWS • Experience in agile development environments • Experience with website hosting, CRMs, and integration tools
