Manager, Finance

Job Description

• Analyze past financial data to predict future performance and advise the company on its financial strategy • Manage day-to-day finance operations of the company: Monthly Close, Performance Analysis, Process Improvement • Own corporate forecasting for areas of responsibility during Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Reforecasts • Provide financial support and analysis to cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, G&A, Operations, R&D) to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making • Develop continuous improvement of financial reporting, including the development of systems-based reporting solutions (e.g. ERP, FP&A systems, BI tools) • Lead strategic projects related to launching new products, expanding operations, establishing partnerships, and other initiatives as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field required. • 7+ years of Finance FP&A experience from a relevant industry (biotech, manufacturing, consumer goods) with increasing responsibility • Operational familiarity across income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and of GAAP. • Maximum proficiency of Microsoft Excel with exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting cross-functionally • Systems familiarity: ERP Systems (e.g. NetSuite), FP&A Systems (e.g. NetSuite Planning and Budgeting), Business intelligence solutions (e.g. Tableau) • Extraordinary organizational skills, with high attention to detail
