Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and configuration, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering • This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful Salesforce implementations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations • Minimum of 2 years of business application implementation experience (Hands-on) • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred • Experience in implementing and customizing CPQ - Must • Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
