Senior Engineering Manager - Ads

Job Description

• Lead a team of engineers to design, build and operate full stack consumer-facing applications • Establish a clear vision for your team and produce clarity and urgency • Use data to make decisions; particularly when it comes to operational health and quality • Hire and coach people; you articulate behaviors and impacts that can grow careers • Dissect trade offs and lead teams to make conscious choices. • Parse, ingest, challenge and reframe proposals / plans for the better and in a constructive way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design. • 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager • Skills to hire and develop top engineering talent. • Experience communicating complex problems or situations with simple concepts. • Willingness to accept feedback from teammates. • Comfort when operating within an ambiguous and Agile environment. • History leading teams to design, implement and operate consumer-facing applications.
