Job Description

• As a Design Lead at VaynerCommerce, you will be responsible for leading and managing talented designers, overseeing the end-to-end design process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. • Define and drive the overall design strategy and direction for projects, aligning with the company's vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Possess advanced technical knowledge of design tools, with a strong emphasis on expertise in Figma. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the team's capabilities. • Act as a key point of contact between the design team and clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.
