Senior Manager, Design System
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead the design system design team and define the vision and strategy • Partner with Design, Engineering and Product to formulate, prioritize and execute against a design systems roadmap • Measure, improve and iterate on key performance metrics and OKRs
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, and Interaction Design. This should include at least 3 years of Design System work • Previous experience defining and measuring the success of a design system • Experience managing and coaching a team of design system product designers
