Senior Campaign Marketing Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate market demand and brand awareness, with a particular focus on live events. • Take a hands-on approach with live event execution and have the ability to manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications at events and conferences. • Manage webcast production in our NYC studio to ensure top quality and drive audience participation. • Own and manage campaign management and execution tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and others. • Develop digital campaigns to complement events to ensure that we meet demand generation objectives on a monthly basis. • Identify PKIs, from MQL acquisition to SQL nurturing, conversion and upselling/cross-selling, and track performance to drive maximum ROI.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 6+ years of campaign experience (Fin-tech industry experience preferred) • Current and deep hands-on skills with all aspects of in-person event planning and execution • Strong understanding of demand generation campaign measurement and attribution • Digital marketing experience with social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM is major plus • Data driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, and identifying customer and sales behaviors • Self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment • Well-rounded and passionate about learning more, not only about campaigns but also about other areas of B2B marketing • Previous experience managing external vendors • Experience handling multiple priorities, creative projects across marketing teams • Familiar with digital marketing asset production
