Senior Product Manager, Appointment Management

Job Description

• Refining and communicating a vision for how Zocdoc’s booking and appointment management solutions work seamlessly together • Creating deep empathy and understanding of provider needs, pain points, and goals through research and collaboration with sales and PMM teams • Building long term vision and roadmap in alignment with company and stakeholder priorities • Building relationships with our sales and operations teams to support complex operational processes and tools that improve them. • Rolling up your sleeves and get work done, with deep complexity, and at scale. • Acting as a player-coach rolling up your sleeves and get work done while coaching a group of 2 - 4 ICs to the next level of their careers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in relevant roles, ideal SAAS and SMB experience for early stage product development • Passion for managing and coaching talent • Strong communication skills are a must • Action-oriented attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality • Extensive experience with and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving, with strong attention to detail • Passion for telling a story with data • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; experience with SQL, Redshift, Amplitude, Looker, and Salesforce a plus
