DevSecOps Manager

Job Description

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of 3E's cloud migration and modernization, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimal disruption. • Manage the entire process, ensuring all projects adhere to timelines, budget, and performance standards. • Champion security best practices, manage cybersecurity risks, and drive continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. • Lead and expand a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and enhancing team capabilities in secure cloud operations and DevSecOps methodologies. • Establish robust monitoring and management practices for high availability and reliability, integrate cost-control strategies, and ensure resource efficiency. • Engage with stakeholders and partners, ensuring that cloud initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals and fostering strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or significant professional experience in a related area • At least 8 years of experience in cloud technology, with 3+ years in a leadership role • Proven track record in cloud migration within a multi-cloud environment • Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a solid understanding of cloud architectures and management • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues under pressure • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
