Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or similar • Strong background in financial services including net interest margin, risk weighted return on capital, and treasury management • Self-starter with a track record of balancing multiple projects • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Concise, persuasive, and authentic communicator • High gear operator • Superb judgment and integrity • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives • Excellent organizational skills
