Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on marketing, business, or communications • 10-15 years total experience, with 7+ years of hands-on implementation, management, and optimization of multi-channel, paid media campaigns across various digital ad platforms • Strong communication skills. Solid presentation and meeting facilitation skills • Excellent ability to think creatively, identify/resolve problems, and achieve growth targets consistently • Start-up mentality and entrepreneurial mindset • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc • Passion for problem-solving, learning and educating others • Thorough, detailed as well as nimble, agile execution • Ownership and accountability for results and delivery • Strong empathy for customers and the ideal customer experience • Passion for revenue and growth • Collaborative team player, with an optimistic, positive energy • Ability to adjust to fast-paced environment, changing demands, and shifting priorities
