Associate General Counsel

Job Description

• As an Associate General Counsel in our Institutional practice group, you will play a key role in our Global Legal team, actively supporting our global institutional and trading businesses, as well as our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform. Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in the United States, with 3 to 10 years of experience in the financial markets sector • Proven track record at a top-tier law firm or in-house role at a top financial institution, with exposure to institutional trading operations, preferably coupled with experience in the digital assets sector • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growth-oriented environment • Strong skills in building trust and providing effective legal advice to business teams, with the capability to navigate rapidly evolving legal landscapes • A highly collaborative team member who is comfortable within a high-functioning multicultural legal department
