• Oversee and manage all tax compliance activities • Develop and implement tax planning strategies • Assess and mitigate tax risks • Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures • Lead and develop a team of tax professionals

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Extensive experience in tax compliance, planning, and strategy • Demonstrated leadership and management skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of managing tax audits and controversies • Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
