Director, Technical Accounting and Revenue

Job Description

• Establish and opine on accounting policies • Be the subject matter expert on technical accounting positions • Collaborate with finance and senior leadership team • Lead annual audit • Manage revenue policies in accounting system • Provide analysis and consultation of technical accounting • Review complex accounting transactions • Coordinate with external audit • Provide support to the accounting close process • Assist in determining and documenting accounting policies and positions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred • Five or more years of accounting experience, with Big 4 or equivalent experience • Work experience in a Technical Accounting role • Knowledge of SEC filing requirements, experience preferred • Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statements • Revenue recognition and MEA experience • Strong Excel skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and time management skills • Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
