Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Location: Manhattan, New York

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year

Job Description

• Source and manage influencer pipeline for social media & marketing content, including short and long-term brand ambassadors • Manage UGC as well as bite-sized content ideation and delivery from influencers • Set and manage influencer campaign budgets and contracts • Manage the end-to-end production of influencer content to power large-scale influencer campaigns, including writing scripts and content briefs, providing actionable feedback, and overseeing edits in partnership with the creative team • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencer partners for brand moments and activations across social; scout new talent for events and collaborations with our community • Drive engagement and build awareness and loyalty for the GlossGenius brand • Uphold the GlossGenius brand and ensure brand safety by establishing influencer guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years dedicated experience in influencer marketing on social media, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or tech space • Proven success growing audiences across various social media platforms with influencer programs & campaigns • Experience running large-scale social media influencer campaigns and building brand ambassador relationships • Experience creating influencer content briefs and scripts for video UGC (campaign and idea generation, scripting, content feedback, etc.) • A passion for social media and deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry (particularly salon and spa businesses) and a deep understanding of their operations and challenges
