Job Description

• Actively seeking Software Engineers for Bitcoin mining operations team • Design and scaling of carbon-reducing operating model • Management of critical hardware, software, and network components • Write and review code, proposals, and architecture documents • Evaluate tools and frameworks for reliability, scalability, operational costs, and ease of adoption • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to build products and tools • Build and maintain fault-tolerant distributed systems at scale • Drive evaluation of tools and frameworks • Empowered to tackle hard problems • Create a positive impact in reducing global emissions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience • 2+ years of programming experience with at least one modern compiled language such as Go, Rust, Java, or C++ • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2-3+ years relevant work experience • Computer Science fundamentals in data structures and algorithm design • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and build systems, such as GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, GitHub Actions • Experience in concurrency, multi-threading and synchronization • Experience with writing automated tests • Experience with Unix/Linux environments • Experience with TCP/IP and network programming • Excellent communication skills • Must be able to pass a background check • Embody the company values
