Job Description

• Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (ideally TikTok/IG forward). • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, memes, and cultural moments within social media, and incorporate them into our content strategy. • Platform Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches. • Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. • Community Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive community by engaging with followers, encouraging user-generated content, and hosting live events or Q&A sessions. • Analytics: Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of content, understand audience preferences, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.

Qualifications

• Creativity: Strong creative skills with a portfolio of content that demonstrates originality, innovation, and engagement. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms, content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), video editing software, and copyrighting. Understanding of social media metrics. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and relatable content. • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
