Director, Solutions Architect

Job Description

• Manage and mentor a highly skilled group of Solution Architects • Create proof-of-concept demonstrations • Build strong relationships with key executives and managers • Develop deep understanding of customers' challenges • Align Cohere's solutions to customers' needs • Own technical relationship with stakeholders • Craft and refine efficient, scalable business processes • Collaborate with SAs and Sales team • Offer expert guidance and support to customers • Keep pace with AI innovation • Lead technical team in the world of AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in similar customer-facing technical pre/post sales roles • Experience delivering AI, ML, NLP solutions across industries • Experience working with Sales to drive GTM motions and cloud-native solutions • Strategic leader with management experience • Familiarity with Machine Learning, AI, NLP, and LLMs • Proficient in Python and Jupyter Notebooks • Comfortable with version control/Git
